Comment: 40 y.o. female with severe or grade 3 ptosis (saggy breasts), and loss of breast volume after weight loss. Patient desired a onestage procedure. I performed a full breast lift and augmentation at the same time.Patients typically wait 1 to 3 months in between the surgeries to allow the liftincisions time to heal before placing theimplants. Six months after surgery scars are fading, nipple height is improved, and volume of breast tissue is restored.
