Size; Bilateral 625cc Saline implants, right side 6400cc, left side 675cc

Placement: Submuscular

Incision Type:Periareolar

Comment: Improved "figure 8" to patients figure making waist and hips appear smaller.Patient had low set nipples. The larger implants elevated her nipples enough that she did not need a formal breast lift. Post-op pictures taken at approx. 3 months, given a few more months I would expect the implants to drop slightly. This should elevate the nipples more.
