Comment: Patient has a narrow chest. She did not want to be too big. Nice post-op result with improved figure "8 "apprearence. The implants help take away the "boy" apprearence of her pre-op photos. Using gel implants in patients with minimal pre-op breast volume gives a more natural feel to the implants post-op.
