Comment: 40 y.o. female with severe or grade 3 ptosis, loss of breast volume after pregnancy, and severe asymmetry. Patient required two stage procedure, first to lift the breasts, and second to fill the breasts with an implant to gain more volume, symmetry, and improve the cleavage area.Patients typically wait 1 to 3 months in between the surgeries to allow the liftincisions time to heal before placing the larger implants. One year after surgery scars are fading, nipple height is improved. The patient desired larger implants to due to her wide cleavage and wide chest. Smallerimplants would have left the patient with a wide gape in the cleavage area and/or no curve to the outer portion of the chest. Her post-op pictures show a fantastic result.
