Comment: Very wide cleavage, The nipples point outward. By using a larger implant I have improved her cleavage, nipple direction, and produce a nice figure "8" to her figure. If a small implant or an implant with a narrowdiameter (high profile implants) were used on this patient then she would have a large gap in her cleavage.
