Comment: 34 y.o. female withgrade 3 ptosis (saggy breasts)and loss of breast volume after pregnancy. The original implants were placed above the muscle adding to the ptosis and thinning of the breast skin. This gives the breasts a "rock in the sock" appearance. This is very difficult to repair. Patient did not want a full mastopexy due to scars (notice circumareolar lift has no scars down the front or underneath the breast). Eight months after surgery scars are fading, nipple height is improved, and her areolas are smaller. The patient wanted very large implants.
