Comment: Patient has had children. Pre-op pictures show psuedo-ptosis, which means breast tissue hangs lower than her nipples. Patient's desire was to fill up extra skin with an implant, but notdo a formal lift. I used a larger implant to fill up her breast, avoiding the "rock in the sock" appearance. Nice symmetrical look 4 months post-op. Improved "figure 8" to patients figure making waist and hips appear smaller.
