Tattoos must be 25 square inches or smaller, for free or discounted treatment from this contest. Prizes are not transferable. No cash value. All treatments are at the discretion of Dr. Murphy and Murphy Plastic Surgery, and will only be used in patients without any medical conditions that would contraindicate treatment. A medical consent will be signed at time of treatment.
