Description
This patient has had Belles Palsy for 20+ years. She has partial paralysis in her left face. We augmented her chin on the left for symmetry with 1 cc Volux. Her lips we augmented with 1 cc Vollure, Her Marrionettes we filled with 1cc Vollure. Botox 4 units was injected into the mentalis, or chin muscles, to relieve the dimpling. Focus for this patient is always facial balance using botox and fillers in the appropriate muscles.
